How to Request an Accommodation

The Access Committee will assist in the evaluation and development of accommodations upon request.

All requests will be evaluated by volunteers and special workers using the principle of our responsibility statement "When anyone anywhere reaches out for help, I want the hand of A.A. always to be there. And for that: I am responsible." AA Service Manual

  • Ask to speak to a special worker at 415-674-1821 (San Francisco) or 415-499-0400 (Marin) during business hours: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

    Hearing impaired: Call 711 and ask for 415-674-1821 (San Francisco) or 415-499-0400 (Marin) during business hours: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (TTY/use CRS).
